The building includes a ventilator unit, a behavioral intervention area, a bariatric unit and specialty beds for residents with Alzheimer’s disease or related dementias. Clinical services include physical, occupational and speech therapies, palliative care and access to ECMC specialists and hospital resources via an internal corridor.

Resident rooms have private bathrooms and standard wiring for televisions and phones; neighborhood computers and facility Wi‑Fi are available.
